The Leader adventure will start in Helsinki on 22 August.

The young people will be divided into teams of 4-5 persons. Each team will have a car and communication equipment. The event will start off in Helsinki, where participants will be given their first task.

From Helsinki, the teams will head for central and eastern Finland. Along the way, the teams will be assigned various tasks, either special events or just things associated with everyday life in the Finnish countryside.

The groups will constantly be documenting their own adventures on the event community website.

We will have four LAGs hosting the team along their way. In every LAG area, local young people will be welcoming the teams, and each LAG will be organising special tasks and activities for the teams.

The adventure will end in Helsinki on Sunday, 28 August 2011.
